אחרי האכילה אומר:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְ‑יָ אֱ‑לֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם בּוֹרֵא נְפָשׁוֹת רַבּוֹת וְחֶסְרוֹנָן עַל כָּל מַה שֶׁבָּרָאתָּ לְהַחֲיוֹת בָּהֶם נֶפֶשׁ כָּל חָי בָּרוּךְ חֵי חַי הָעוֹלָמִים:
Borei Nefashot is recited after eating foods that don't require Birkat HaMazon or Me'ein Shalosh, such as fruits (except the seven species), vegetables, meat, and beverages (except wine).
This brief blessing acknowledges God as the creator of all living things and thanks Him for providing everything we need to sustain life.
