And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: Speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying: Thus shall you bless the children of Israel, say to them:
May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may the Lord lift up His face to you and grant you peace:
These are the things that have no fixed measure: the corner of the field, the first fruits, the pilgrimage offering, acts of kindness, and the study of Torah:
These are the things of which a person eats their fruits in this world, while the principal remains for him in the world to come; and they are: honoring father and mother, acts of kindness, attending the house of study morning and evening, hospitality to guests, visiting the sick, providing for a bride, escorting the dead, devotion in prayer, bringing peace between man and his fellow and between husband and wife; and the study of Torah is equivalent to them all.
