בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה', אֱלהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעולָם, יוצֵר אור וּבורֵא חשֶׁךְ. עֹשֶׂה שָׁלום וּבורֵא אֶת הַכּל.

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who forms light and creates darkness, who makes peace and creates everything.

הַמֵּאִיר לָאָרֶץ וְלַדָּרִים עָלֶיהָ בְּרַחֲמִים. וּבְטוּבו מְחַדֵּשׁ בְּכָל יום תָּמִיד מַעֲשֵׂה בְרֵאשִׁית. מָה רַבּוּ מַעֲשיךָ ה'. כֻּלָּם בְּחָכְמָה עָשיתָ. מָלְאָה הָאָרֶץ קִנְיָנֶךָ. הַמֶּלֶךְ הַמְרומָם לְבַדּו מֵאָז. הַמְשֻׁבָּח וְהַמְפאָר וְהַמִּתְנַשּא מִימות עולָם. אֱלהֵי עולָם. בְּרַחֲמֶיךָ הָרַבִּים רַחֵם עָלֵינוּ. אֲדון עֻזֵּנוּ. צוּר מִשגַּבֵּנוּ. מָגֵן יִשְׁעֵנוּ. מִשגָּב בַּעֲדֵנוּ. אֵל בָּרוּךְ גְּדול דֵּעָה. הֵכִין וּפָעַל זָהֳרֵי חַמָּה. טוב יָצַר כָּבוד לִשְׁמו. מְאורות נָתַן סְבִיבות עֻזּו. פִּנּות צְבָאָיו קְדושִׁים. רומְמֵי שַׁדַּי. תָּמִיד מְסַפְּרִים כְּבוד אֵל וּקְדֻשָּׁתו. תִּתְבָּרַךְ ה' אֱלהֵינוּ עַל שֶׁבַח מַעֲשי יָדֶיךָ. וְעַל מְאורֵי אור שֶׁעָשיתָ. יְפָאֲרוּךָ סֶּלָה.

He who illuminates the earth and those who dwell on it with mercy, and in His goodness renews every day, continually, the work of creation; how manifold are Your works, Lord; all of them You made with wisdom; the earth is full of Your possessions; the King, exalted alone from of old, praised, glorified, and uplifted from days everlasting; God of the world, in Your abundant mercies have mercy on us; Master of our strength, Rock of our stronghold, Shield of our salvation, Stronghold for us; blessed God, great in knowledge, He prepared and wrought the radiance of the sun; the Good One formed glory for His name; He set luminaries around His strength; the chiefs of His hosts, holy ones, exalting the Almighty, continually recount the glory of God and His holiness; may You be blessed, Lord our God, for the praise of the work of Your hands, and for the luminaries of light that You made; they will glorify You, selah.

תִּתְבָּרַךְ צוּרֵנוּ מַלְכֵּנוּ וְגואֲלֵנוּ בּורֵא קְדושִׁים. יִשְׁתַּבַּח שִׁמְךָ לָעַד מַלְכֵּנוּ יוצֵר מְשָׁרְתִים וַאֲשֶׁר מְשָׁרְתָיו כֻּלָּם עומְדִים בְּרוּם עולָם. וּמַשְׁמִיעִים בְּיִרְאָה יַחַד בְּקול. דִּבְרֵי אֱלהִים חַיִּים וּמֶלֶךְ עולָם. כֻּלָּם אֲהוּבִים. כֻּלָּם בְּרוּרִים. כֻּלָּם גִּבּורִים. וְכֻלָּם עושים בְּאֵימָה וּבְיִרְאָה רְצון קונָם. וְכֻלָּם פּותְחִים אֶת פִּיהֶם בִּקְדֻשָּׁה וּבְטָהֳרָה. בְּשִׁירָה וּבְזִמְרָה. וּמְבָרְכִים וּמְשַׁבְּחִים וּמְפָאֲרִים וּמַעֲרִיצִים וּמַקְדִּישִׁים וּמַמְלִיכִים.

May You be blessed, our Rock, our King, and our Redeemer, Creator of holy ones; may Your name be praised forever, our King, who forms ministers, and whose ministers all stand in the height of the world, and proclaim together with awe the words of the living God and King of the world; all of them are beloved, all of them are pure, all of them are mighty, and all of them perform with dread and awe the will of their Maker; and all of them open their mouths with holiness and purity, with song and melody, and they bless, praise, glorify, revere, sanctify, and proclaim the kingship.

אֶת שֵׁם הָאֵל הַמֶּלֶךְ הַגָּדול הַגִּבּור וְהַנּורָא. קָדושׁ הוּא. וְכֻלָּם מְקַבְּלִים עֲלֵיהֶם על מַלְכוּת שָׁמַיִם זֶה מִזֶּה. וְנותְנִים בְּאַהֲבָה רְשׁוּת זֶה לָזֶה לְהַקְדִּישׁ לְיוצְרָם בְּנַחַת רוּחַ. בְּשפָה בְרוּרָה וּבִנְעִימָה. קְדֻשָׁה כֻּלָּם כְּאֶחָד. עונִים וְאומְרִים בְּיִרְאָה:
קָדושׁ קָדושׁ קָדושׁ ה' צְבָאות. מְלא כָל הָאָרֶץ כְּבודו
וְהָאופַנִּים וְחַיּות הַקּדֶשׁ בְּרַעַשׁ גָּדול מִתְנַשּאִים לְעֻמַּת שרָפִים. לְעֻמָּתָם מְשַׁבְּחִים וְאומְרִים:
בָּרוּךְ כְּבוד ה’ מִמְּקומו.

Of the name of the God, the King, great, mighty, and awesome; holy is He; and all of them take upon themselves the yoke of the kingdom of heaven one from another, and give permission to one another with love to sanctify their Creator with tranquility of spirit, with clear speech and sweetness; holiness they all proclaim as one, responding and saying with awe:
Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory.
And the Ofanim and the holy creatures, with great tumult, rise up opposite the Seraphim; opposite them they praise and say:
Blessed is the glory of the Lord from His place.

לְאֵל בָּרוּךְ נְעִימות יִתֵּנוּ. לְמֶּלֶךְ אֵל חַי וְקַיָּם זְמִירות יאמֵרוּ וְתִשְׁבָּחות יַשְׁמִיעוּ. כִּי הוּא לְבַדּו פּועֵל גְּבוּרות. עושה חֲדָשׁות. בַּעַל מִלְחָמות. זורֵעַ צְדָקות. מַצְמִיחַ יְשׁוּעות. בּורֵא רְפוּאות. נורָא תְהִלּות. אֲדון הַנִּפְלָאות. הַמְחַדֵּשׁ בְּטוּבו בְּכָל יום תָּמִיד מַעֲשה בְרֵאשִׁית. כָּאָמוּר לְעשה אורִים גְּדלִים. כִּי לְעולָם חַסְדּו. אור חָדָשׁ עַל צִיּון תָּאִיר וְנִזְכֶּה כֻלָּנוּ מְהֵרָה לְאורו. בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה', יוצֵר הַמְּאורות.

To the blessed God they offer sweet melodies; to the King, the living and enduring God, they utter songs and make praises heard; for He alone performs mighty deeds, makes new things, Master of battles, sows righteousness, causes salvation to sprout, creates healing, awesome in praises, Lord of wonders, who renews in His goodness every day, continually, the work of creation; as it is said, To Him who makes great lights, for His kindness endures forever; a new light upon Zion may You shine, and may we all soon merit its light; Blessed are You, Lord, Creator of the luminaries.

אַהֲבָה רַבָּה אֲהַבְתָּנוּ, ה' אֱלהֵינוּ. חֶמְלָה גְּדולָה וִיתֵרָה חָמַלְתָּ עָלֵינוּ: אָבִינוּ מַלְכֵּנוּ. בַּעֲבוּר אֲבותֵינוּ שֶׁבָּטְחוּ בְךָ. וַתְּלַמְּדֵם חֻקֵּי חַיִּים כֵּן תְּחָנֵּנוּ וּתְלַמְּדֵנוּ: אָבִינוּ הָאָב הָרַחֲמָן. הַמְרַחֵם. רַחֵם עָלֵינוּ. וְתֵן בְּלִבֵּנוּ לְהָבִין וּלְהַשכִּיל. לִשְׁמעַ. לִלְמד וּלְלַמֵּד. לִשְׁמר וְלַעֲשות וּלְקַיֵּם אֶת כָּל דִּבְרֵי תַלְמוּד תּורָתֶךָ בְּאַהֲבָה: וְהָאֵר עֵינֵינוּ בְּתורָתֶךָ. וְדַבֵּק לִבֵּנוּ בְּמִצְותֶיךָ. וְיַחֵד לְבָבֵנוּ לְאַהֲבָה וּלְיִרְאָה אֶת שְׁמֶךָ. וְלא נֵבושׁ לְעולָם וָעֶד: כִּי בְשֵׁם קָדְשְׁךָ הַגָּדול וְהַנּורָא בָּטָחְנוּ. נָגִילָה וְנִשמְחָה בִּישׁוּעָתֶךָ: וַהֲבִיאֵנוּ לְשָׁלום מֵאַרְבַּע כַּנְפות הָאָרֶץ. וְתולִיכֵנוּ קומְמִיּוּת לְאַרְצֵנוּ: כִּי אֵל פּועֵל יְשׁוּעות אָתָּה. וּבָנוּ בָחַרְתָּ מִכָּל עַם וְלָשׁון. וְקֵרַבְתָּנוּ לְשִׁמְךָ הַגָּדול סֶלָה בֶּאֱמֶת: לְהודות לְךָ וּלְיַחֶדְךָ בְּאַהֲבָה: בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה', הַבּוחֵר בְּעַמּו יִשרָאֵל בְּאַהֲבָה:

With abundant love You have loved us, Lord our God; with great and exceeding compassion You have had compassion on us; our Father, our King, for the sake of our fathers who trusted in You, and whom You taught the statutes of life, so too be gracious to us and teach us; our Father, merciful Father, the Compassionate One, have mercy on us, and place in our hearts understanding and insight, to hear, to learn and to teach, to keep, to do, and to fulfill all the words of the study of Your Torah with love; and enlighten our eyes in Your Torah, and attach our hearts to Your commandments, and unite our hearts to love and fear Your name, and may we not be ashamed forever and ever; for in Your great and awesome holy name we have trusted; we will rejoice and be glad in Your salvation; and bring us in peace from the four corners of the earth, and lead us upright to our land; for You are a God who performs salvations, and You chose us from every people and tongue, and brought us near to Your great name, selah, in truth, to give thanks to You and to proclaim Your oneness with love; Blessed are You, Lord, who chooses His people Israel with love:

שְׁמַע יִשרָאֵל ה' אֱלהֵינוּ ה' אֶחָד:

Hear, O Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is One:

וְאָהַבְתָּ אֵת ה' אֱלהֶיךָ בְּכָל לְבָבְךָ וּבְכָל נַפְשְׁךָ וּבְכָל מְאדֶךָ: וְהָיוּ הַדְּבָרִים הָאֵלֶּה אֲשֶׁר אָנכִי מְצַוְּךָ הַיּום עַל לְבָבֶךָ: וְשִׁנַּנְתָּם לְבָנֶיךָ וְדִבַּרְתָּ בָּם בְּשִׁבְתְּךָ בְּבֵיתֶךָ וּבְלֶכְתְּךָ בַדֶּרֶךְ וּבְשָׁכְבְּךָ וּבְקוּמֶךָ: וּקְשַׁרְתָּם לְאות עַל יָדֶךָ וְהָיוּ לְטטָפת בֵּין עֵינֶיךָ: וּכְתַבְתָּם עַל מְזֻזות בֵּיתֶךָ וּבִשְׁעָרֶיךָ:

And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might; and these words which I command you today shall be upon your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children and speak of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up; and you shall bind them as a sign upon your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes; and you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates:

וְהָיָה אִם שָׁמעַ תִּשְׁמְעוּ אֶל מִצְותַי אֲשֶׁר אָנכִי מְצַוֶּה אֶתְכֶם הַיּום לְאַהֲבָה אֶת ה' אֱלהֵיכֶם וּלְעָבְדו בְּכָל לְבַבְכֶם וּבְכָל נַפְשְׁכֶם: וְנָתַתִּי מְטַר אַרְצְכֶם בְּעִתּו יורֶה וּמַלְקושׁ וְאָסַפְתָּ דְגָנֶךָ וְתִירשְׁךָ וְיִצְהָרֶךָ: וְנָתַתִּי עֵשב בְּשדְךָ לִבְהֶמְתֶּךָ וְאָכַלְתָּ וְשבָעְתָּ: הִשָּׁמְרוּ לָכֶם פֶּן יִפְתֶּה לְבַבְכֶם וְסַרְתֶּם וַעֲבַדְתֶּם אֱלהִים אֲחֵרִים וְהִשְׁתַּחֲוִיתֶם לָהֶם: וְחָרָה אַף ה' בָּכֶם וְעָצַר אֶת הַשָּׁמַיִם וְלא יִהְיֶה מָטָר וְהָאֲדָמָה לא תִתֵּן אֶת יְבוּלָהּ וַאֲבַדְתֶּם מְהֵרָה מֵעַל הָאָרֶץ הַטּבָה אֲשֶׁר ה' נתֵן לָכֶם: וְשמְתֶּם אֶת דְּבָרַי אֵלֶּה עַל לְבַבְכֶם וְעַל נַפְשְׁכֶם וּקְשַׁרְתֶּם אתָם לְאות עַל יֶדְכֶם וְהָיוּ לְטוטָפת בֵּין עֵינֵיכֶם: וְלִמַּדְתֶּם אתָם אֶת בְּנֵיכֶם לְדַבֵּר בָּם בְּשִׁבְתְּךָ בְּבֵיתֶךָ וּבְלֶכְתְּךָ בַדֶּרֶךְ וּבְשָׁכְבְּךָ וּבְקוּמֶךָ: וּכְתַבְתָּם עַל מְזוּזות בֵּיתֶךָ וּבִשְׁעָרֶיךָ: לְמַעַן יִרְבּוּ יְמֵיכֶם וִימֵי בְנֵיכֶם עַל הָאֲדָמָה אֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּע ה' לַאֲבתֵיכֶם לָתֵת לָהֶם כִּימֵי הַשָּׁמַיִם עַל הָאָרֶץ:

And it shall be, if you diligently heed My commandments which I command you today, to love the Lord your God and serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul; then I will give the rain of your land in its season, the early rain and the latter rain, and you shall gather in your grain, your wine, and your oil; and I will give grass in your field for your cattle, and you shall eat and be satisfied; beware lest your heart be deceived, and you turn aside and serve other gods and bow down to them; then the anger of the Lord will burn against you, and He will restrain the heavens so there will be no rain, and the land will not yield its produce, and you will perish quickly from the good land that the Lord is giving you; therefore, you shall place these words of Mine upon your heart and upon your soul, and you shall bind them as a sign upon your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes; and you shall teach them to your children, to speak of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up; and you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates; so that your days and the days of your children may be multiplied on the land that the Lord swore to your fathers to give them, like the days of the heavens above the earth:

וַיּאמֶר ה' אֶל משֶׁה לֵּאמר: דַּבֵּר אֶל בְּנֵי יִשרָאֵל וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם וְעָשוּ לָהֶם צִיצִת עַל כַּנְפֵי בִגְדֵיהֶם לְדרתָם וְנָתְנוּ עַל צִיצִת הַכָּנָף פְּתִיל תְּכֵלֶת: וְהָיָה לָכֶם לְצִיצִת וּרְאִיתֶם אתו וּזְכַרְתֶּם אֶת כָּל מִצְות ה' וַעֲשיתֶם אתָם וְלא תָתוּרוּ אַחֲרֵי לְבַבְכֶם וְאַחֲרֵי עֵינֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר אַתֶּם זנִים אַחֲרֵיהֶם: לְמַעַן תִּזְכְּרוּ וַעֲשיתֶם אֶת כָּל מִצְותָי וִהְיִיתֶם קְדשִׁים לֵאלהֵיכֶם: אֲנִי ה' אֱלהֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר הוצֵאתִי אֶתְכֶם מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם לִהְיות לָכֶם לֵאלהִים אֲנִי ה' אֱלהֵיכֶם. אֱמֶת:

And the Lord said to Moses, saying: Speak to the children of Israel and say to them that they shall make for themselves fringes on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and they shall put on the fringe of each corner a thread of blue; and it shall be for you a fringe, that you may look upon it and remember all the commandments of the Lord and do them, and not stray after your heart and after your eyes, after which you go astray; so that you may remember and do all My commandments and be holy to your God; I am the Lord your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt to be your God; I am the Lord your God; True:

וְיַצִּיב וְנָכון וְקַיָּם וְיָשָׁר וְנֶאֱמָן וְאָהוּב וְחָבִיב וְנֶחְמָד וְנָעִים וְנורָא וְאַדִּיר וּמְתֻקָּן וּמְקֻבָּל וְטוב וְיָפֶה הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה עָלֵינוּ לְעולָם וָעֶד: אֱמֶת. אֱלהֵי עולָם מַלְכֵּנוּ. צוּר יַעֲקב מָגֵן יִשְׁעֵנוּ. לְדר וָדר הוּא קַיָּם וּשְׁמו קַיָּם. וְכִסְאו נָכון. וּמַלְכוּתו וֶאֱמוּנָתו לָעַד קַיֶּמֶת: וּדְבָרָיו חָיִים וְקַיָּמִים. נֶאֱמָנִים וְנֶחֱמָדִים לָעַד וּלְעולְמֵי עולָמִים. ינשק הציצית ויניחם מידיו עַל אֲבותֵינוּ וְעָלֵינוּ. עַל בָּנֵינוּ וְעַל דּורותֵינוּ. וְעַל כָּל דּורות זֶרַע יִשרָאֵל עֲבָדֶיךָ:

And steadfast, right, enduring, upright, faithful, beloved, cherished, desirable, pleasant, awesome, mighty, ordered, accepted, good, and beautiful is this word to us forever and ever; True; God of the world, our King, Rock of Jacob, Shield of our salvation; for generation after generation He endures, and His name endures, and His throne is established, and His kingdom and His faithfulness endure forever; and His words are living and enduring, faithful and desirable forever and for all eternity; [he kisses the tzitzit and releases them from his hands] for our fathers and for us, for our children and for our generations, and for all the generations of the seed of Israel Your servants:

עַל הָרִאשׁונִים וְעַל הָאַחֲרונִים. דָּבָר טוב וְקַיָּם לְעולָם וָעֶד. אֱמֶת וֶאֱמוּנָה. חק וְלא יַעֲבר. אֱמֶת. שָׁאַתָּה הוּא ה' אֱלהֵינוּ וֵאלהֵי אֲבותֵינוּ. מַלְכֵּנוּ מֶלֶךְ אֲבותֵינוּ. גּואֲלֵנוּ גּואֵל אֲבותֵינוּ. יוצְרֵנוּ צוּר יְשׁוּעָתֵנוּ. פּודֵנוּ וּמַצִּילֵנוּ מֵעולָם שְׁמֶךָ. אֵין אֱלהִים זוּלָתֶךָ:

For the first and for the last, a good and enduring word forever and ever; True and faithful, a statute that will not pass away; True; that You are the Lord our God and God of our fathers, our King, King of our fathers, our Redeemer, Redeemer of our fathers, our Maker, Rock of our salvation, our Deliverer and Rescuer; from of old is Your name; there is no god besides You:

עֶזְרַת אֲבותֵינוּ אַתָּה הוּא מֵעולָם. מָגֵן וּמושִׁיעַ לִבְנֵיהֶם אַחֲרֵיהֶם בְּכָל דּור וָדור. בְּרוּם עולָם מושָׁבֶךָ. וּמִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ וְצִדְקָתְךָ עַד אַפְסֵי אָרֶץ: אַשְׁרֵי אִישׁ שֶׁיִּשְׁמַע לְמִצְותֶיךָ וְתורָתְךָ וּדְבָרְךָ יָשים עַל לִבּו: אֱמֶת. אַתָּה הוּא אָדון לְעַמֶּךָ. וּמֶלֶךְ גִּבּור לָרִיב רִיבָם: אֱמֶת. אַתָּה הוּא רִאשׁון וְאַתָּה הוּא אַחֲרון. וּמִבַּלְעָדֶיךָ אֵין לָנוּ מֶלֶךְ גּואֵל וּמושִׁיעַ: מִמִּצְרַיִם גְּאַלְתָּנוּ ה' אֱלהֵינוּ. וּמִבֵּית עֲבָדִים פְּדִיתָנוּ. כָּל בְּכורֵיהֶם הָרָגְתָּ. וּבְכורְךָ גָּאָלְתָּ. וְיַם סוּף בָּקַעְתָּ. וְזֵדִים טִבַּעְתָּ. וִידִידִים הֶעֱבַרְתָּ. וַיְכַסּוּ מַיִם צָרֵיהֶם. אֶחָד מֵהֶם לא נותָר: עַל זאת שִׁבְּחוּ אֲהוּבִים וְרומְמוּ אֵל. וְנָתְנוּ יְדִידִים זְמִירות שִׁירות וְתִשְׁבָּחות. בְּרָכות וְהודָאות לְמֶּלֶךְ אֵל חַי וְקַיָּם: רָם וְנִשּא. גָּדול וְנורָא. מַשְׁפִּיל גֵּאִים. וּמַגְבִּיהַּ שְׁפָלִים. מוצִיא אֲסִירִים. וּפודֶה עֲנָוִים. וְעוזֵר דַּלִּים. וְעונֶה לְעַמּו בְּעֵת שַׁוְּעָם אֵלָיו:

You have been the help of our fathers from of old, a Shield and Savior to their children after them in every generation; in the height of the world is Your dwelling, and Your judgments and Your righteousness reach to the ends of the earth; happy is the man who heeds Your commandments and places Your Torah and Your word upon his heart; True; You are the Master of Your people, and a mighty King to plead their cause; True; You are the First and You are the Last, and besides You we have no King, Redeemer, or Savior; from Egypt You redeemed us, Lord our God, and from the house of slavery You delivered us; all their firstborn You killed, and Your firstborn You redeemed; and the Red Sea You split, and the arrogant You drowned, and the beloved You brought across; and the waters covered their adversaries; not one of them remained; for this the beloved praised and exalted God, and the cherished ones offered hymns, songs, praises, blessings, and thanksgivings to the King, the living and enduring God; exalted and uplifted, great and awesome, who humbles the proud and raises the lowly, releases the bound, redeems the humble, helps the poor, and answers His people when they cry out to Him:

תְּהִלּות לְאֵל עֶלְיון. בָּרוּךְ הוּא וּמְברָךְ. משֶׁה וּבְנֵי יִשרָאֵל לְךָ עָנוּ שִׁירָה בְּשמְחָה רַבָּה. וְאָמְרוּ כֻלָּם:
מִי כָמכָה בָּאֵלִים ה'. מִי כָּמכָה נֶאְדָּר בַּקּדֶשׁ. נורָא תְהִלּת. עשה פֶלֶא:
שִׁירָה חֲדָשָׁה שִׁבְּחוּ גְאוּלִים לְשִׁמְךָ עַל שפַת הַיָּם. יַחַד כֻּלָּם הודוּ וְהִמְלִיכוּ וְאְָמְרוּ:
ה' יִמְלךְ לְעולָם וָעֶד:

Praises to the Most High God; blessed is He and blessed; Moses and the children of Israel answered You with song with great joy, and they all said:
Who is like You among the gods, Lord; who is like You, majestic in holiness, awesome in praises, doing wonders:
A new song the redeemed praised Your name by the seashore; together they all gave thanks and proclaimed Your kingship and said:
The Lord will reign forever and ever:

Rock of Israel, arise to help Israel, and redeem, as You have said, Judah and Israel; our Redeemer, the Lord of hosts is His name, the Holy One of Israel; Blessed are You, Lord, Redeemer of Israel:
