Our God and God of our fathers, may there ascend, come, reach, be seen, be accepted, be heard, be noted, and be remembered—our remembrance and our visitation, and the remembrance of our fathers, and the remembrance of the Messiah son of David Your servant, and the remembrance of Jerusalem Your holy city, and the remembrance of all Your people, the house of Israel—before You, for deliverance, for good, for grace, for kindness, and for mercy, for life, and for peace, on this day of:

This day; remember us, Lord our God, on it for good; and visit us on it with blessing; and save us on it for life; and with a word of salvation and mercy, spare us, favor us, have mercy on us, and save us; for our eyes are turned to You, for You are a gracious and merciful King and God:
וְתֶחֱזֶינָה עֵינֵינוּ בְּשׁוּבְךָ לְצִיּון בְּרַחֲמִים: בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה', הַמַּחֲזִיר שְׁכִינָתו לְצִיּון:
And may our eyes behold Your return to Zion in mercy; Blessed are You, Lord, who restores His presence to Zion:
מודִים אֲנַחְנוּ לָךְ. שָׁאַתָּה הוּא ה' אֱלהֵינוּ וֵאלהֵי אֲבותֵינוּ לְעולָם וָעֶד. צוּר חַיֵּינוּ. מָגֵן יִשְׁעֵנוּ אַתָּה הוּא לְדור וָדור: נודֶה לְּךָ וּנְסַפֵּר תְּהִלָּתֶךָ עַל חַיֵּינוּ הַמְּסוּרִים בְּיָדֶךָ. וְעַל נִשְׁמותֵינוּ הַפְּקוּדות לָךְ. וְעַל נִסֶּיךָ שֶׁבְּכָל יום עִמָּנוּ. וְעַל נִפְלְאותֶיךָ וְטובותֶיךָ שֶׁבְּכָל עֵת. עֶרֶב וָבקֶר וְצָהֳרָיִם: הַטּוב כִּי לא כָלוּ רַחֲמֶיךָ. וְהַמְרַחֵם כִּי לא תַמּוּ חֲסָדֶיךָ. מֵעולָם קִוִּינוּ לָךְ:
We give thanks to You, for You are the Lord our God and God of our fathers forever and ever; Rock of our lives, Shield of our salvation, You are He from generation to generation; we will thank You and recount Your praise for our lives that are entrusted in Your hand, and for our souls that are deposited with You, and for Your miracles that are with us every day, and for Your wonders and goodness that are at all times, evening, morning, and noon; the Good One, for Your mercies have not ceased, and the Merciful One, for Your kindnesses have not ended, for we have always hoped in You:

In the days of Mattityahu, son of Yochanan, the High Priest, the Hasmonean, and his sons, when the wicked Greek kingdom rose against Your people Israel to make them forget Your Torah and to turn them away from the statutes of Your will:
And You, in Your abundant mercy, stood by them in their time of distress; You fought their fight, judged their judgment, avenged their vengeance; You delivered the mighty into the hands of the weak, and the many into the hands of the few, and the impure into the hands of the pure, and the wicked into the hands of the righteous, and the arrogant into the hands of those who study Your Torah; and for Yourself You made a great and holy name in Your world, and for Your people Israel You performed a great salvation and redemption as on this day:
And afterward, Your children came to the sanctuary of Your house, and cleared Your Temple, and purified Your sanctuary, and kindled lights in Your holy courts, and established these eight days of Hanukkah to give thanks and praise to Your great name:

In the days of Mordechai and Esther in Shushan the capital, when the wicked Haman rose against them, seeking to destroy, kill, and annihilate all the Jews, from young to old, children and women, in one day, on the thirteenth of the twelfth month, which is the month of Adar, and to plunder their spoils:
And You, in Your abundant mercy, thwarted his counsel and frustrated his plan, and turned his reward upon his own head, and they hanged him and his sons on the gallows; (and You performed a miracle and wonder with them, and we give thanks to Your great name, selah):
וְעַל כֻּלָּם יִתְבָּרַךְ וְיִתְרומַם שִׁמְךָ מַלְכֵּנוּ תָּמִיד לְעולָם וָעֶד:
And for all these, may Your name be blessed and exalted, our King, continually forever and ever:

וּכְתב לְחַיִּים טובִים כָּל בְּנֵי בְרִיתֶךָ:
And inscribe all the children of Your covenant for a good life:
וְכל הַחַיִּים יודוּךָ סֶּלָה. וִיהַלְלוּ אֶת שִׁמְךָ בֶּאֱמֶת. הָאֵל יְשׁוּעָתֵנוּ וְעֶזְרָתֵנוּ סֶלָה. בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה', הַטּוב שִׁמְךָ וּלְךָ נָאֶה לְהודות:
And all the living will thank You, selah, and praise Your name in truth, the God of our salvation and our help, selah; Blessed are You, Lord, whose name is Good, and to whom it is fitting to give thanks:

Our God and God of our fathers, bless us with the threefold blessing in the Torah, written by the hand of Moses Your servant, spoken from the mouth of Aaron and his sons, the priests, Your holy people, as it is said:
יְבָרֶכְךָ ה' וְיִשְׁמְרֶךָ:
יָאֵר ה' פָּנָיו אֵלֶיךָ וִיחֻנֶּךָּ:

Blessed are You, Lord, who blesses His people Israel with peace:

My God, guard my tongue from evil and my lips from speaking deceit; and to those who curse me, let my soul be silent, and let my soul be like dust to all; open my heart to Your Torah, and may my soul pursue Your commandments; and all who plan evil against me, quickly thwart their counsel and frustrate their schemes; act for the sake of Your name; act for the sake of Your right hand; act for the sake of Your holiness; act for the sake of Your Torah; that Your beloved ones may be delivered, save with Your right hand and answer me:

He who makes peace in His heights, may He make peace upon us and upon all Israel, and say, Amen:

May it be Your will before You, Lord our God and God of our fathers, that the Holy Temple be rebuilt speedily in our days, and grant us our portion in Your Torah; and there we will serve You with awe as in days of old and as in former years; and may the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasing to the Lord, as in days of old and as in former years:
