בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה אֱלקֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם אֲשֶׁר קִדְשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו וְצִוָנוּ עַל מִצְוַת עֵרוּב:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us concerning the mitzvah of Eruv:

בְּדֵין יְהֵא שָׁרָא לָנָא לַאֲפוּיֵי וּלְבַשׁוּלֵי וֹלְאַטְמוּנֵי וּלְאַדְלוּקֵי שְׁרַגָא וּלְתַקָנָא וּלְמֶעֶבַד כָּל צָרְכָנָא מִיוֹמָא טָבָא לְשַׁבַּתָּא לָנָא וּלְכָל יִשְׂרָאֵל הַדָרִים בָּעִיר הַזאת:

This shall permit us to carry, cook, keep warm, light candles, adjust, and prepare all our needs from the eve of the Sabbath for us and for all of Israel who dwell in this city.
